Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days, and not more than 14 days, after receipt of payment and are shipped via BlueDart, Fedex, DTDC, Shree Tirupati or Speed Post with tracking. If you prefer expedite delivery by Air with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. The delivery time frame depends upon the customer location and can range from second business day to within 14 business days from the date of dispatch for domestic shipments. The total time from the date of order placement and the date of product delivery will never be greater than 30 business days.
For international shipments, the packages are shipped within 3 to maximum 14 business days and will reach destination country within 15 to maximum 60 business days. Please note that the onus for custom clearance or paying of any local duties in the destination country is the sole responsibility of the customer. All shipments are shipped with tracking information to facilitate customers to track their shipments. Customers are requested to check their country local policies and custom clearance process and duties before placing an order.
For international shipments, we cannot provide tracking in the destination country, hence we cannot provide any proof of delivery. We can only provide proof of shipping, and you need to consult your local, government post office, for any queries regarding tracking and delivery time frame. Generally the parcels are shipped via India Post Registered Post. Upon additional payment (please contact our support), we can ship via Speed Post or EMS also.
We cannot ensure whether a particular courier service is available at customer location. Therefore, buyer needs to choose the shipping service, that is available at their location and works best for them. We offer multiple courier options for the buyer to choose from. In some cases, where the particular chosen service is not available, we will automatically choose the best service for that location. We also reserve the right to change the shipping courier option without notice, in case of excessive volumetric weights, restricted items (Liquids, etc.) or poor service record by the chosen courier option. Customers are advised to contact us before purchase to confirm whether the courier service is available for a particular location and can be selected for items in a particular cart.
Hacktronics India is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities, if the stocks are available, within 3 working days from the date of the order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. If for some reason, we cannot dispatch the items within 14 days, under very extreme/rare conditions, we offer a full refund (including tax + additional shipping fee for those items) for all the items that we are not able to dispatch within the time frame.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Hacktronics India does not provide transit insurance for any loss of parcels or broken/damaged items in transit, however customers can claim the same from the carrier. We don’t provide any delivery timeline guarantee as such, and the delivery time frame shown on our website or emails is just for general reference for choosing between various carriers based on our earlier experience and should not be taken as guarantee. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected with high quality bubble foam and thermocol.
